Foreward and Acknowledgments <br />Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is pleased to present this Strategic <br />Plan for Sustaining and Replicating the Kea `au Recycling and Reuse Center to Hawaii <br />Island Economic Development Board (HIEDB).
