'4 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />, <br />BILL NO. 178 <br />Draft 5 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, <br />CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE <br />DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM GENERAL INDUSTRIAL (MG -3a) TO PROJECT DISTRICT <br />AT OOMA 2ND, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-9:22. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, <br />is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Ooma 2nd, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, shall be Project District: <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly comer of this parcel of land, being also the Northeasterly <br />comer of Lot 2 (portion of Grant 2942 to Hulikoa) and a point on the Westerly side of Queen <br />Kaahumanu Highway (Kailua-Kawaihae Road, Section II, Project No. BD -65-352), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br />"AKAHIPUU" being 17,760.95 feet South and 21,173.51 feet West and running by azimuths <br />measured clockwise from True South: <br />1. 91" 50' 1,359.22 feet along Grant 2942 to Hulikoa to an Abu with <br />a triple 'Y'; <br />2. 1480 31' 30" 2,633.66 feet along King's Highway to a point; <br />3. 2580 25' 16" 1,749.00 feet along the remainder of Government Land to <br />a point; <br />Thence, following along the Westerly side of Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Kailua- <br />Kawaihae Road, Section II, Project No. BD -65- <br />352) on a curve to the left with a radius of <br />5,204.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance <br />being: <br />4. 3410 38' 02.6" 2,196.88 feet to a point; <br />5. 329" 26' 55" 645.30 feet along the Westerly side of Queen <br />Kaahumanu Highway (Kailua-Kawaihae Road, <br />Section II, Project No. BD -65-352) to the point <br />
