Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. The Planning Committee considered this bill on August 3, 2004. At this meeting, this bill was amended with the following: 1. Condition D: "All water system improvements shall meet with the requirements of the Department of Water Supply prior to issuance of [Final Subdivision Approval or Final Plan Approval, whichever occurs first] the Certificate of Occupancy for any residential unit." 2. Condition H: "The applicant shall construct the extension of Kakahiaka Street through the subject property (TMK: 7-3-10:3) as a 50-foot wide street to dedicable standazds with concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements alone one side of the road. The road[s] shall be constructed in a manner specified by the Depaztment of Public Works and shall be on an alignment meeting the approval of the Planning Director in consultation with the Department of Public Works. The applicant shall construct all improvements prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy and dedicate them to the County upon request " 3. Condition J: "Install streetlights, signs, and mazkings meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works, Traffic Division prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy." 4. Condition M: "An azcheological Data Recovery and Preservation Plan shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Planning Director, m consultation with the department of land and Natural Resources-State Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-SHPD). [Site 23413 and Site 23414] All site(s) identi5ed for preservation in the inventory survey and approved by the State Historic Preservation Division shall be included in the preservation plan.
