Presently the same customer <br /> identified by the Department of Water Supply is responsible. This ordinance changes the responsibility to <br /> the property owner. The commission believes this is a fairness issue as well as a solution for collections <br /> for wastewater services. <br /> We ask for your support and prompt attention to this matter.
