If the project is unable to provide all of the <br /> required match funds, please have the project director call the assigned specialist. - <br /> An Applicant's Manual is being sent directly to Nancy Kelly for the Sex Offender Publication <br /> program, and to Mitchell Roth for the Weed & Seed Coordinator. The Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attomey will need to submit an original and two copies of the application for grant to the Department of the <br /> Attomey General, Crime Prevention & Justice Assistance Division.
