If the project is unable to provide all of the <br /> required match funds, please have the project director call the assigned specialist. - <br /> An Applicant's Manual is being sent duectly to Nancy Kelly for the Sex Offrnder Publication <br /> program, and to Mitchell Roth for the Weed & Seed Coordinator. The Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney will need to submit an original and two copies of the application for grant to the Department of the - <br /> AttomeyGeneral, CYime Prevention & Justice Assistance Division. Instructions on completing the <br /> application are provided in the manual.
