In short, you <br /> have already approved thousands of units not yet built. Each one is <br /> associated with more automobile traffic. Each construction unit, regazdless <br /> of type,adds to today's gridlock. Life on the roads is very difficult even <br /> if you did not add a single new automobile. <br /> It does not really matter if the Clifto project is all hotel rooms or all <br /> low income housing. The only difference will be the average age of the <br /> automobiles added to our overcrowded highways. <br /> You have a chance to prove that county government can begin to be <br /> functional for West Hawaii.
