Curtis Tyler, III <br /> Vice Chair <br /> RE: Bill No. 309, Draft 2 <br /> West Hawaii Business Pazk <br /> This is to request the following amendments to Bill No. 309, Draft 2: <br /> Condition J: <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy of any structure within the project azea, <br /> except as provided in Condition [III] K, L, and M below, either Queen Kaahumanu <br /> Highway shall be widened to four lanes fronting the project azea or Kamanu Street Extension <br /> shall be constructed and available for use across the entire project area, whichever occurs first. <br /> In the event that Kamanu Street is constructed with County or other government funding <br /> or financing, the applicant shall dedicate the Kamanu Street right-of--way to the County at no <br /> cost, and the Kamanu Street improvements shall be improved to County dedicable standards, <br /> including [ ]paved swales, prior to the issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy within the subject property, except as provided in Conditions [T~=] K, L and <br /> M herein. In this event, prior to the granting of Final Subdivision approval . <br /> Condition L: <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for improvements within Parcel 2 other than <br /> for uses or improvements permitted or allowed as pazt of the on-going quarry and related <br /> activities, either Queen Kaahumanu Highway shall be widened to four lanes fronting the <br /> project area or Kamanu Street Extension shall be constructed and available for use across the <br /> entire project azea, whichever occurs first, as provided in Condition [I] J above. <br /> The reference to other conditions within the above conditions was in error and would be corrected <br /> with the amendments.
