Chung d~•._..` <br /> Council Member <br /> <br /> Re: Resolution relating to the transfer of fund to support the Seniors Wellness Fair <br /> <br /> Enclosed for your review and approval is resolution transferring/appropriating $4,000.00 out and <br /> from the Clerk/Council Services-Contingency Relief account and crediting the same to Parks and <br /> Recreation Department, Elderly Activities Division, Coordinated Services Program Income- <br /> Misc. Contract Services. Its purpose is to provide free bus transportation for senior citizens to <br /> attend the 2004 and 2005 "Senior Citizens Wellness Fairs" in East Hilo on November 4, 2004 <br /> and West Hawaii in March 2005. <br /> <br /> These Senior Citizens Wellness Fairs will help to increase older citizens' awareness of the <br /> various services and benefits provided by the County's Elderly Programs.
