D. The maximum number of single-family and multi-family residential units allowed <br /> shall be 750 units, which includes a maximum of 150 transient accommodation <br /> (short term rental) units. <br /> E. The maximum square footage of the commercial and office uses shall be 350,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> F. A minimum of 49 acres shall be used for open space and recreational uses. <br /> G.
