Awards and t-shirts will be designed, ordered and distributed. Officials and <br /> scorekeepers will be hired and supplemented by volunteers. Facilities will be rented to <br /> hold the events. <br /> <br /> EVALUATION <br /> <br /> The number of youth participants, persons in attendance, awards and t-shirts distributed, <br /> presentations made, seatbelt use pledges obtained, and partnerships established will be <br /> tracked to determine if quantitive measures were obtained. <br /> <br /> The backseat seatbelt usage rates after the projects will be compared to previous survey <br /> results to determine if increased awareness resulted in increased usage rates. <br />
