She then notified me that her three children were also listed on the <br />deed as owners of the subject property. I requested authorization from them to process the <br />applications. Please find enclosed a letter from Lilian's three children authorizing me to process <br />the change of zone and the subdivision for the subject property on their behalf. <br />I believe you now have a complete submittal based on the requirements of the Zoning Code.
