TiILL NO. 341 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-2 (NORTH AND SOUTH KONA DISTRICT <br /> ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br /> CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL <br /> (A-20a) TO FAMILY AGRICULTURAL (FA-3a) AT KALOKO, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, <br /> COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-25:7. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural (FA-3a): <br /> Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of this pazcel of land, being a point on the <br /> Northeasterly side of Mahi Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation S[ation "MOANUTAHEA"being 12,017.16 feet South <br /> and 4,296.86 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 232° 28' 30" 1,861.62 feet along Makaula-Ooma Mauka Tract <br /> (Government Land) (State of Hawaii) to a <br /> point; <br /> 2. 351° 00' 1,196.01 feet along Lot 2-G, Lot A (Road Lot) and <br /> Lot 2-A and along the remainder of Land <br /> Commission Awazd 7715, Apana 11 to Lota <br /> Kamehameha to a point; <br /> Thence, following along the Northerly side of Kaloko Drive on a curve to the left <br /> with a radius of 840.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 3. 79° 55' 42" 1,380.17 feet to a point; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
