COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 323 <br /> (DRAFT 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 <br /> EDITION) RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-265, schedule 13 (Yield <br /> locations), subsection (a) Hamakua, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> Ka'apahu Road, east approach to Kaliipa Gulch Bridge, No. 44-7. eight <br /> hundred thirty-five feet northwest of Ho'okahua Road. <br /> ~ Ka'apahu Road, east approach to Kalopa Gulch Bridge, No. 44-7, one <br /> thousand two hundred twenty-seven feet northwest of Ho'okahua Road. <br /> SECTION 2. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need <br /> not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> <br /> the ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br /> end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
