I <br /> wholeheartedly support this resolution and thank you for sending it to my attention. <br /> You will be glad to know that the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Claims held <br /> a hearing on the subject two weeks ago and the Chair stated that his concerns had <br /> been addressed. <br /> While the final decision of the committee is still ahead, I will do all I can to foster <br /> adoption of some version of a Korean visa waiver, which will clearly benefit Hawaii's <br /> tourism industry. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> PATSY T.
