At the Council's Planning <br /> Committee meeting held October 5, 2004, Bi11248, Draft 2 was amended with the <br /> following: <br /> NN. [Any contributions required by this ordinance that exceed the fair share <br /> requirement of this proposed development shall, at the applicant's request be <br /> credited towazds any of the applicant's future developments that require <br /> infrastructural impact contributions.] The applicant shall be given credit <br /> against the fair share assessment for any improvements to the road system in <br /> the immediate vicinity (Komohana Street, Mohouli Street, and Kaumana <br /> Drive) to mitigate deficiencies that would have occurred without the proiect, <br /> as identified in the revised TIAR. <br /> PP.
