The capacity simply is not there to handle any <br /> significant increase in traffic counts on the current roads. To knowingly approve <br /> this project or any other future projects without affirmative answers to these <br /> questions is irresponsible on the part of the Council. <br /> I urge you to seriously look into your hearts and minds before casting that <br /> September 15th vote. Do what is right for this island, the people, and for future <br /> generations.
