In 1973 earthquakes created landslides that would close the road for the <br /> next 30 years. <br /> Neil Erickson <br /> The community agrees strongly that this stretch of the old Mamalahoa High- <br /> Peter Mills PhD. way could provide access that would be critical in the event of an emergency <br /> Rep.
