is understood that this Contract includes as a part hereof any <br /> rules, relevant directives or instructions issued by the United <br /> States or the Agency, including the provisions of the federal <br /> Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br /> edition of the Office of Justice Programs' Guideline Manual <br /> entitled "Financial and Administrative Guide for Grants." <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br /> from June 1, 2004 to and including May 31, 2005 <br /> unless this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter <br /> provided or unless this Contract is extended in accordance with <br /> Section L of this Contract. <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> 1.
