9. Grantee will comply with the non- <br /> discrimination requirements of the Act, Title VI of the Civil <br /> Rights Act of 1964 (with respect to race, sex, religion, creed, <br /> national origin), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, <br /> section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (handicap), as <br /> amended, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (race, <br /> <br /> • sex, religion, creed, national origin), the Age Discrimination <br /> Act of 1975 (age), Executive Order 12138, 44 C.F.R. 29637 <br /> (affirmative action for women's business), and the United States <br /> Department of Justice Non-Discrimination Regulations, 28 C.F.R., <br /> Part 42, Subparts C, D, E and G, the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act of 1990 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seg., and the Hawaii State <br /> Fair Employment Practices Act, Chapter 378, Hawaii Revised <br /> Statutes. <br /> 10. Grantee assures Agency that if it is <br /> required to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in <br /> accordance with 28 C.F.R. 42.301 et seq. it will submit a <br /> certification to Agency that a current program is on file. <br /> 11. Grantee shall ensure that Fifty two thousand <br /> dollars ($52,000.00) are available as matching funds to provide <br /> the services under this Contract.
