A comprehensive solution is urgently needed by the business <br /> comm nity, the churches, community facilities and the community at large that will be <br /> affect d by the, EPA ban on Large-Capacity Cesspools in Hawaii County and <br /> partic larly in Honoka'a. i f <br /> <br /> As a commercial property owner on Mamane Street, we would find it difficult - if not 1 <br /> impossible- to install a septic system in the space available.
