With so little time remaining before the <br /> EPA deadline we would welcome the opportunity to take advantage of the <br /> completed Honokaa Facilities Plan of 1990 and connect to the existing sewer <br /> system. <br /> We appreciate the adoption of House Resolution 84, HD1, during the last <br /> legislative session requesting collaboration of all affected agencies to <br /> develop a joint implementation plan, and Dr. Fred Holschuh's continuing <br /> support. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> W.
