Due to the time <br /> constraints, please take advantage of the opportunity to connect to the <br /> existing sewer system as provided in the completed Honokaa Facilities Plan <br /> of 1990. <br /> We appreciate the adoption of House Resolution 84, HD1, during the last <br /> legislative session requesting collaboration of all affected agencies to <br /> develop a joint implementation plan.
