If the Council feels that these bills should <br /> be reintroduced, I will be happy to have my staff update the bills for the Council's <br /> consideration. <br /> Bill No. 262 is also recommended to be filed. The applicant, Majorie Hanson Stone, is <br /> deceased and the subject property has been sold. <br /> I am recommending that the following zoning bills be sent back to the Planning Department to <br /> have not only their titles and contents amended but to also request updated information and <br /> comments from the appropriate agencies pertaining to each property.
