The Hester Farming Co. proposes to change zoning of the farmland above Pahala. <br /> The proposal would allow the subdivision of 171 Acres in 171ots, some as small as 5 <br /> acres. Currently the zoning allows no smaller than 20 acre lots. <br /> We as a community are against this proposal.
