Community Development Plans will reflect the <br /> future character of the districts, community values, its goals and its interrelationship with <br /> other districts. Development plans provide the framework for medium-range planning, <br /> and will give impetus to serious implementation initiatives. <br /> <br /> This appropriation will fund some of the building blocks needed to coordinate and <br /> prioritize infrastructure deficiencies in this County. <br /> <br /> Thank you very much for your consideration of this request.
