COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 255 (94 <br /> Draft 3 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY ORDINANCE NO.04-60 TO ADD EXEMPT <br /> <br /> CLASSES OF WORK FOR PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br /> COUNCIL AND OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WHOSE PAY <br /> IS NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter, provides for interim amendments to the Salary <br /> <br /> Ordinance to he made by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 76-77(9) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes provides for the exemption of temporary <br /> election clerks in the office of the county clerk employed during election periods; and <br /> W IIEREAS, Section 76-77 { 14) of the Hawai' i Revised Statutes provides for the exemption of positions <br /> in the Office of Housing and Community Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7 of Salary Ordinance No. 04-60 lists the classes of work and compensation for <br /> persuns employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided tor. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BF, 1T RESOLVED BY "THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that Section 7.01 and Section 7.02(b) of Salary Ordinance No. 04-60 be amended by adding the following classes <br /> <br /> of work: <br /> Item 'title Pay Grade <br /> Section 7.01 OFFICE OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL. <br /> 15 Election Clerk I SR-07 B.U. 03) <br /> Section 7.02(b) OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br /> OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT. <br /> 15 Accountant III SR-22 B.U. 13~ <br /> 16 Accountant II SR-20 (F3.U. 13~ <br /> 17 Accountant 1 SR-18 (B.U., l3] <br /> IR Account Clerk SR-ll B{ U. 03) <br /> l9 Senior Clerk-Steno <br /> r~g apher SR-l l (B.U.~ <br /> 20 Clerk lll SR-l0 (B.U. 03~ <br /> <br />
