I ask each council member to consider what he or she would do if this <br /> happen to one of them I believe they would be outraged. In today's West Hawaii real estate <br /> market, enial of Mr. Benech's right to sell or finance his property is risky business. <br /> Based Q the present impasse with C~rrtis, I respectfitlly request that Communication 727, ' i <br /> Resoluti n 227-04 be reviewed by the entire Finance Committce in the neaz future so the mattet <br /> may mo a one way or the other before the Council I believe that once the practicalities of <br /> granting four easernertts over an already small parcel of land is considered by each Finance <br /> Commitilt ~atber, they will agree with the position of DPW, Finance, Mr. Benech, and myself. <br /> In clo ' , Mr. Benech owns three other parcels of land in Hawaii County and is most certainly a <br /> tax Hawaii County land owner worthy of relief.
