This bill relates to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July <br /> 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005. This written request is submitted with my approval that the above <br /> referenced bill be waived from the Committee on Finance to the full council for immediate <br /> action. In reviewing the reasons for the waiver, it is deemed advisable that this waiver be granted <br /> in a timely manner and the bill placed on the next council agenda for consideration.
