It further reduces Draft 2 expense to <br /> the Planning Department from $2,000,000 to $750,000 to conduct Community <br /> Development Plans around the Island, and increases Mass Transit OCE by $75,000 to <br /> provide for the continuous transportation services for the disabled, special needs and <br /> senior citizens. <br /> <br /> This appropriation will fund the emergency transportation needs and some of the building <br /> blocks needed to coordinate and prioritize infrastructure deficiencies in this County. <br /> <br /> Thank you very much for your consideration of this request.
