c. Office and Retail Commercial Development: forty (40) feet, <br /> provided approval is granted by the Planning Director as part of the <br /> approval of the site plan in accordance with Section 25-6-46, <br /> Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code. <br /> <br /> 3.
