Should the Council adopt a United Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> for imposition of exaction or the assessment of impact fees, conditions included <br /> herein shall he credited towards the requirements of the Unified hnpact Fees <br /> Ordinance. <br /> <br /> QQ. The applicant shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br /> rules, regulations and requirements. <br /> RR. An annual progress report shall he submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br /> anniversary date of the approval of this Project District Ordinance. The report <br /> shall include, but not he limited to, the status of the development and the extent to <br /> which the conditions of approval are being satisfied. This condition shall remain <br /> in etfect until all of the conditions of approval have been satisfied and the <br /> Planning Director acknowledges that further reports are not required. <br /> 24 <br /> <br />
