Widen Komohana Street to provide exclusive left-turn and right-turn lanes <br /> to the Ponahawai Street extension in the northbound and southbound <br /> directions, respectively. <br /> 3. Modify the traffic signal system at the intersection of Ponahawai Street <br /> and Komohana Street to include the Ponahawai Street extension. <br /> 4. Provide stop control on Ponahawai Street to Mohouli Street, with separate <br /> left-turn and right-turn lanes to Mohouli Street. <br /> 5.
