The applicant, successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all of <br /> the stated conditions of approval. <br /> B. This project area shall be called the University Terrace Project District. <br /> C The University Terrace Project District shall consist of not more than 172 acres <br /> for single-family and multi-family residential, office and retail commercial, open <br /> space and recreational uses, and ancillary related improvements. <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
