However, concerns <br /> regarding the spiraling cost of labor prompted a formal request that <br /> the Council, in a timely fashion, be given notices, time frames and <br /> information regarding future negotiations and wage settlements. <br /> This would provide the Members the ability to express their concerns <br /> over ever-increasing costs they feel the County may not be able to <br /> afford. <br /> A draft copy of the transcripts pertaining to this discussion is <br /> attached.
