Access: Access to the property is from Kapoho Beach Road, a private road with an <br /> approximate pavement width of 20 feet. The property is the last pazcel on the right <br /> (northeastern) side of Ililani Road, a private 12-foot wide unpaved red cinder road. The <br /> distance from the intersection of Kapoho Beach Road to the property is approximately <br /> six-tenths of a mile. Of that distance, one-tenth is paved and five-tenth is cinder. <br /> 22. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply, this pazcel has an existing service <br /> lateral fora 5/8 inch meter. <br /> 23. Wastewater: Septic system. <br /> 24.
