Tn the past, Big Island Farm <br /> Bureau worked on the General Plan to provide input that is reflected in the draft before <br /> you today. <br /> Most of our concerns were previously heard and readily addressed. We believe that Bill <br /> 163, Draft 1, if adopted in the current form, will help to move the agricultural sector <br /> forwazd by addressing bottlenecks and taking proactive steps to address opportunities <br /> before us. <br /> We look forward to working with the Hawaii County Council in helping to strengthen <br /> Hawaii County's agricultural industry.
