The property is located along the south side of Kawaihae Road (Highway 19) with <br /> access from Anekona Street, Anekona Estates Subdivision, Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the requests: <br /> State Land Use Boundary Amendment <br /> The applicants are requesting a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural <br /> to Rural and a Change of Zone from Agricultural 5-acre (A-Sa) to Residential and <br /> Agricultural 2-acre (RA-2a) to subdivide the property into two lots approximately two <br /> acres in size. The applicants propose to construct a dwelling on each lot. <br /> The approval of the reclassification from the State Land Use Agricultural to the <br /> Rural District will not be in violation of Section 205-2, Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised <br /> Hawaii County is ¢n Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br /> <br />
