DE LIMA: Mr. Chairman, I move to further amend <br /> this resolution by deleting the last "Whereas" on <br /> Page 1. 'Cause, the regards to the usage of the term <br /> "special counsel", i don't agree with this "Whereas" <br /> because--- <br /> CHR. OSORIO: Is there a second to the motion? <br /> MR.
