Takahashi, dated <br /> October 9, 1995, transmitting the above resolution. <br /> States while the proposed amendment to the district <br /> distribution formula is based upon ezisting factors, <br /> the Council should consider a reassessment which takes <br /> into account the number of traffic flowing through the <br /> district. This program will sunset in 1998 and <br /> continuation of the program should be considered early <br /> to allow ample time to improve upon the program. <br /> CHR. ARAKAKI: There have been some questions about <br /> how we do this and Public Works has requested that we <br /> defer this item until they come up and give an <br /> explanation.
