*Draft No. 4 was amended by floor amendments on January 21, 2005. <br /> LUPAG Map Draft No. 5 amended LUPAG Map No. 4 and was intended to <br /> correct the drafting error misrepresenting the Hokulia "Resort" <br /> land use element. <br /> *There was another drafting error made in the creation of LUPAG <br /> Map Draft No. 5. Ordinance 97-34 map was again substituted for <br /> Hokulia's "Resort" land use element. <br /> * Draft No. 5 General Plan was late in going up on the County's <br /> <br /> website and did not include the LUPAG Map Draft No. 5. There may <br /> <br /> be additional drafting errors that could have been caught had the <br /> LUPAG Map No. 5 been available for review. The General Plan Book <br /> format is at a scale that no one can review LUPAG Map Draft No. <br /> 5. <br /> For this reason I ask that the County Council defer action today <br /> until which time we can all review the LUPAG Map with a Tax Map <br /> Key overlay and make proper written comments <br /> Y V~'~'L <br /> i <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
