The following section has been added: <br /> Section 436.1. Spav-Neuterine Special Fund. <br /> (a) ASpav-Neuter Special Fund is hereby established. This fund shall be administered and <br /> managed by the Department of Finance. <br /> (b) The fund shall consist of monies from: <br /> (I) 100% of all licensing fees pursuant to Section 4-12; <br /> (2) Council appropriations for the purposes of this article; <br /> (3) % of all administrative fines; and <br /> (4) Grants and private contributions intended for the purposes of this article <br /> (c) The fund shall be used to pay for aspay-neutering program. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br /> Att. <br /> <br />
