Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Cou y Council <br /> Grant of Easement to HELLO and GTE Over Papa'aloa <br /> Elderly Rental Housing Site <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the execution of a Grant of Easement to <br /> Hawaii Electric Light Company, Inc., and GTE Hawaiian Telephone <br /> Company Incorporated over the Papa'aloa Elderly Rental Housing <br /> site. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of July 23, 1997.
