The appraised value of the bus is $10,000.00. The Owner <br /> and General Manager of Jack's Tours is Mr. George Miyashiro. The transportation <br /> company is located at 226 Kanoelehua Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br /> We would like to utilize the bus for the upcoming Team D.A.R.E. Summer Leadership Camp <br /> VII, June 25-27, 1997. Due to the urgency, the department is requesting to bypass the Finance <br /> Committee and have this matter presented before the full Council. The Drug Abuse <br /> Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program will use the bus to shuttle students between schools <br /> for peer education sessions, D.A.R.E. Summer Camp, D.A.R. E.
