Religious Practitioner of Cannabis Sacrament
I am , a unique person and inhabitant of the State of

[ am endowed with personal autonomy and divinely-inherited rights and powers revealed by the Holy Bible and the

Declaration of Independence and secured by the Constitution of the United States of America.

My life, liberty and happiness includes the many beneficial uses of the God-given, natural herb, cannabis, misknown for
decades as'marijuana'. The personal and private use of cannabis is ESSENTIAL for my religion and an INTEGRAL food for
my mind, body and spirit. I can only reach the appropriate religious state of my choice with cannabis. The cannabis plant is
a health food and hempseed is a preventive health remedy.
The cultivation, possession and reverent use of cannabis is NECESSARY to insure my individuality, human dignity and my
precious connection to God and nature. Cannabis use is deeply-rooted in the history of civilization and was key to the
development of the United States of America for food,. clothing, shelter, medicine, sacrament and more.
[ am free by nature! I claim the cherished right to be left alone, especially in the privacy of my mind and body, in my
possessions and in my own Sanctuary, a'place of refuge', one of the highest values of civilization.
My permit for the culfivation and use of cannabis sacrament is authorized (among other things) by:
The Holy Bible; Genesis 1:11, 1:29, Exodus 3:2, 30:23, Ezekie134:25-29, Hebrews 6:7, Psalm 104:14, Luke 3:16 and Rev. 22:2.
I truly believe that cannabis is the holy herb bearing seed, the 'burning bush' of Moses, the'kaneh bosm' ' in the holy
anointing oil of the Torah and is the active ingredient in the Christening oil of Jesus. Cannabis fits the definition for the 'tree
of life' that has many fruits (products) and whose leaves shall heal all the nations. It is the'botanical messiah'. Hallelujah!
Ben-Yehuda's Pocket English-Hebrew/Hebrew-English Dictionary, New York: Washington square Press, Inc. 1964.
The First, Fourth, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution. The original draft of the US Constitution was
written on cannabis hemp paper. Cannabis must literally be'Constitutional'. `
The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights Article 18, Executive Order 12919 Part IX, Sec. 901.e of June 1994, Cannabis
is a bona-fide pre-1938 Grandfathered medicine, 21 U.S.C. 321 (p) 6, The March 1999 I.O.M. Repor[ verified that'marijuana'
has unique medical value, The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 and the Religious Liberty Protection Act of 1999,
Guam v. Guerrero September 8, 2000, 2000 Guam 26, No. CRA99-025 all assist in confirming the legal status of cannabis.
Evidence exists to show that cannabis has been used safely for human comfort and enjoyment for over twelve thousand
years. It provides the raw material for over 25,000 beneficial products for daily living including food, clothing, shelter,
medicine, fuel, and much more. Cannabis has more practical uses than any other plant on Earth and it creates a sustainable,
Earth-friendly supply of natural resources the time-honored, old-fashioned way...from the garden. in my experience and
opinion, cannabis serves well the spiritual and material needs of my family.
Cannabis sacrament is MANDATED by our religion for baptism, communion, healing and spiritual unity. It is a 'healer and
a revealer'. I have faith in cannabis and in life. In the right set and setting, and in the appropriate amount, the custom of
using cannabis sacrament prayerfully helps to integrate my mind, body and spirit, and helps me to climb the ladder of
higher consciousness to feelings of well being, ecstasy, joy and peace from within. It can enhance intuition, artistic ability
and creativity. It helps me to quesfion established values and authority and gives me a sense of inner knowledge and a
feeling of harmony with life and spirit. It's use aids in the development of my consciousness and my feelings for others.
I enjoy the free exercise of my religious beliefs and practices because in my experience THC + TLC =HARMONY.
For these reasons and many more...I am a religious practitioner of cannabis sacrament..
