After the County <br /> of Hawaii approves the Resolution you have previously <br /> received, this portion that the County is acquiring, <br /> will be designated as Road Lot 6213A. <br /> • Funding for the project will come from the County <br /> Capital Improvement Fund. There will be NO <br /> assessment for the road surfacing on any of the <br /> property owners, nor will any of the existing lots of <br /> record be affected. <br /> • This project has no affect on your taxes. <br /> • There will be no payment to property owners for the <br /> proposed Road Lot 6213A. No taxes have been paid on <br /> the Road Lot 6213 since the subdivision was first <br /> formed. <br /> • This project does not affect any of the utility <br /> easements or rights of way. <br /> • The Road Lot the County will be acquiring by <br /> Resolution has not been restricted to general public <br /> travel for more than five (5) years and therefore <br /> allows the County to adopt the Road Lot by resolution <br /> in accordance with the Hawaii Revised Statutes, <br /> Section 264-1(c)(2). <br /> <br />
