After the County of Hawaii approves the Resolution you have previously received, this portion that the County is acquiring, will be designated as Road Lot 6213A. • Funding for the project will come from the County Capital Improvement Fund. There will be NO assessment for the road surfacing on any of the property owners, nor will any of the existing lots of record be affected. • This project has no affect on your taxes. • There will be no payment to property owners for the proposed Road Lot 6213A. No taxes have been paid on the Road Lot 6213 since the subdivision was first formed. • This project does not affect any of the utility easements or rights of way. • The Road Lot the County will be acquiring by Resolution has not been restricted to general public travel for more than five (5) years and therefore allows the County to adopt the Road Lot by resolution in accordance with the Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 264-1(c)(2).
