Disposal fees.(e), the annual analysis of <br /> past and projected expenses in the Solid Waste Division has been completed and is enclosed for <br /> your review. <br /> Because the County has experienced such unusual increases in amounts of solid waste to be <br /> either disposed or recycled, we prepared two spreadsheets. One is more conservative, based on <br /> the last 5 years of growth.. The other is more realistic, if the County continues its present growth <br /> cycle.
