Responsible dog owners are those that clean up after their dogs, curb aggressive <br /> behavior, and walk and play with their dogs on a leash. <br /> We the undersigned, also suppport use of parks for Puppy Classes, Canine Good Citizenship, Obedience training, <br /> Confirmation Training, Fun Matches, Public Education, and Dog/people Camaraderie. <br /> We are aware that Kona is one of the FE W communities in the islands that does not have designated areas for dogs.
