Responsible dog owners are those that clean up after their dogs, curb <br /> aggessive behavior, and walk and play with their dogs on a leash. <br /> We the undersigned also support use of parks for Puppy Classes, Canine Good Citizenship, Obedience Training, <br /> ConSrmation Training, Fun Matches, Public Education, and Dog/People Camaraderie <br /> We are aware that Kona is one o1'the few communities in the islands that does not have designated areas for dogs. <br /> Those communities that have designated areas have found that there is a reduction in problems associated with off <br /> leash dogs in parks and beaches. <br /> <br /> "i'~~ c~~u.
