My family moved to Dona when i was 10 <br /> years old. I have grown up here and # am raising my family here. J work as <br /> a landscape contractor in Kona. IVxy testimony represents the feelings of <br /> many of the landscapers who work in Kona. <br /> We support the idea of green waste recycling. We are willing to pay <br /> at a weigh stmtion_ The pmblem we have with this )3i11 is that we will be <br /> forced to drive over 45 miles on the highway out to Waikoloa to dump the <br /> green waste. This will not only add to an existing danAetous traffic <br /> situation, but wil# cost us precious time each day. The problem will a#so <br /> transfer to those wishing to pick up the mulch after !t is processed.
